What Do HESG Market Makers Fear the Most?
Goood Morning HESGers & Dingers 14,149,999 in total HESG short interest in the past 11 days. That averages only 1.3 Million in short interest for the past eleven trading days.... This is very odd indeed, 6 of the 11 days had ZERO short interest... From my past experiences the best time to get into any stock, is the day the short interest = ZERO....... Yes I said on the day, not days ...thats what makes this all a bit more stranger.
Is it showing liquidity from market makers? market sentiment? greed vs fear HESG ratio? I believe so on all counts. HESG dead? Far from it... as you can see with its volume still beats, and HESG is feeling better more and more everyday.
Only reason why shorty is not shorting is because.... Market Makers are really the only ones who can afford to short a stock at .0002
Well of course you too can short .0002, but do you have 2.5 Million dollars on margin for every $100 you short from .0002?
No, I don't think so...... Not many people would, but Market Makers are not people and you should not think of them as such. They don't follow the same rules we must follow, they are free to short a stock basically with no risk. Margin is not called unless the Price Per Share of that short stock equals over $1.50...... LOL when has that or will that ever happen to a penny stock? So you see Market Makers have the upper hand..... but it doesn't mean they have the winning hands.
What if Market Makers are scared of this from happening?
Would it be possible and a rational explanation why there is no short interest in HESG?
Lets use this as an example 876,070,065 in short interest volume multiple by .0002 = ?
Lets say thats = $175K in short interest divided by $100 = 1,750
Lets say PPS by Divine Intervention reached that $1.51 MM Margin Call Mark, what kind of mistake would that equal too?
2.5 Million x 1,750 = 4 Billion 375 Million Dollar Mistake.
175K Shorted from .0002, can equal to 4,375,000,000 on margin from a Market Maker on te short side of Health Sciences Group, or was it Organic Health Science Group?
What do you say? Impossible?
